4-If you wish to select, Direct Wire Transfer as payment method :

When you click "Fax-Mail Order Form 1" link upside of the "Checkout 1 of 2" web page, you will be linked to the printable order form for ordering your products via wire transfer. Please fill out this form and submit by fax, by e-mail or mail.

In this case, shipping cost will not be added to your total. You can determine your own shipping method and shipping price, by faxing your shipping details.

5-If you wish to select, Credit Card as payment method :

You may continue ordering online with credit card by selecting your Shipping Method from listbox in the "Checkout 1 of 2" web page.

6-If you don't want to enter online your credit card numbers, click "Fax-Mail Order Form 2" link, upside of the "Checkout 2 of 2" web page, you will be linked to the printable order form for ordering via credit card numbers. Please fill out this form and submit by fax, by e-mail or mail.

In this case shipping cost will be added in your total.
